Carolina National

1643 Goley Hewett Road SE · Bolivia NC, 28422

Fred Couples’ only Myrtle Beach area golf course is certainly a memorable one. Freddie designed 27 holes at Carolina National – the Egret, Heron and Ibis nines – and he has been as well received as an architect as he is player.

Course Highlights

  • The Heron and Ibis nines provide the most memorable visuals with six holes that play along the Lockwood Folly River.
  • The Egret allows players to bomb away with the driver.
  • It may be located on the Northern end, but it's well worth the drive to this Myrtle Beach golf course's outstanding facilities.

Course Details

Location: North
Designer: Fred Couples
