Wachesaw Plantation East has hosted four LPGA tournaments, bringing Annika Sorenstam and Karrie Webb, a two-time winner, to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The course that has tested some of the game’s legends is an ideal addition to any Myrtle Beach golf vacation. Wachesaw is built on land that was once home to a thriving rice plantation, and the rolling fairways, tidal swamps and natural wetlands made it an ideal canvas for a superb golf course.
