Dustin Johnson Golf School’s Allen Terrell Named Among GOLF Magazine Top 100 Teachers in America for 2026-2027

Allen Terrell, director of coaching at the Dustin Johnson Golf School at TPC Myrtle Beach, was named Friday to GOLF Magazine’s latest biennial ranking of the “Top 100 Teachers in America” for 2026-2027.

It’s the second time since 2021 that Terrell has landed among GOLF Magazine’s ranking of the nation’s elite instructors. The most recent honor also comes on the heels of September’s Golf Digest release of its “Best Teachers In Every State, 2026-2027” ranking, which once more listed Terrell among its top choices.

2018 DJ World Junior Champ Michael Brennan Wins PGA TOUR Event in First Start as a Professional

Making his third career PGA TOUR start and first as a professional, 2018 Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship winner Michael Brennan became the fourth DJ World Junior champion to win a PGA TOUR or LPGA Tour event. Brennan’s emphatic, 4-stroke triumph Sunday at the Bank of Utah Championship at Black Desert in Ivins, Utah also earned him the distinction of becoming the first player to win a TOUR event on a sponsor exemption since 2021 DJWJ champion Nick Dunlap accomplished the feat last year at the American Express.

Since shining on the Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship stage, several of its former champions have already moved on to higher-level achievement and glory. We’ve highlighted the next-level feats of several, including PGA TOUR winners Akshay Bhatia and Nick Dunlap, plus a host of others who competed in the 2021 DJ World Junior.

Bryant Goes Wire-to-Wire to Win Girls Division of Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship; Aarav Shah Captures Boys Title

The weather was the story again as the final round of the 10^th annual Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship Presented by LA Golf was played in chilly, windy conditions with only two players finishing under par for the day. 36-hole leaders Kayla Bryant and Arrow Aarav Shaw were both able to hold off any challengers on the final day of the 54-hole premier junior golf event.
