The SCGCRP releases its “Best You Can Play” list biannually in odd-numbered years, based on the choices of golf enthusiasts that represent a wide range of occupations, handicaps and backgrounds. The group is charged annually with identifying the best South Carolina golf has to offer.

Of their 2019 “Best You Can Play” honorees, The Dunes Club (No. 9), Caledonia (No. 12), Tidewater (No. 27), True Blue (No. 40), Grande Dunes (No. 44), Barefoot-Dye (No. 46) and TPC Myrtle Beach (No. 47) are all among the SCGCRP’s 2018 list of best overall courses.
