2nd Annual Social Scramble Set for September at Heritage, True Blue; $10,000 in Cash Prizes Up for Grabs

Social media influencers from far and wide will descend upon the Grand Strand golf scene once more as the PlayGolfMyrtleBeach.com Social Scramble returns September 22-24 at two new host venues, Heritage Club and True Blue Golf Club, with Inlet Sports Lodge providing this year’s host accommodations.

Twenty digital media content creators will be chosen from a pool of applicants to visit “The Golf Capital of the World” and compete as teams in a two-day event where they’ll also meet new friends, renew old acquaintances, and create Myrtle Beach golf content they’ll be showcasing through their social media channels. As an added incentive, this year’s Social Scramble participants will also vie for their share of a $10,000 cash prize pool.

In addition to golf rounds at Heritage and True Blue, each selected participant will receive three nights of lodging at Inlet Sports Lodge plus an array of welcome gifts, a welcome party featuring open bar and food, open beverage cart and meal at each course, shuttle service, and a travel stipend. PlayGolfMyrtleBeach.com will also have an onsite media team capturing photo and video content throughout the weekend.
