In addition to its recent bunker work, PineHills has been at its best with Sunday ultradwarf Bermudagrass greens installed in 2018.

2. Its recent bunker work was completed in 2024. Under the direction of course architect Dan Schlegel, a CapillaryFlow concrete system was installed at the base to aid with drainage and overall upkeep. This system was installed on every bunker throughout the Arthur Hills design, with each bunker also receiving some form of reconfiguration in the process to help with visibility both off the tee and from approach shot angles.
