Allegiant Air has announced an exciting summer route expansion from Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR). Beginning in May, the ultra-low-cost carrier (ULCC) will introduce three new nonstop routes from MYR to Grand Rapids, MI (GRR); Niagara Falls/Buffalo, NY (IAG); and Plattsburgh, NY (PBG).
The Plattsburgh flights begin May 15, 2025 with twice-weekly service, while the Grand Rapids and Niagara Falls routes start operating May 22 at the same frequency. With these new routes, Allegiant will now offer 20 destinations from MYR.
“We’re excited to celebrate Allegiant Airlines’ continued commitment to our airport and community by adding three exciting new routes,” said Judi Olmstead, Director of Airports. “Allegiant has been an exceptional airline partner for many years, consistently providing convenient and affordable travel options for our customers. These new routes will provide better access between the Grand Strand and underserved regions in Michigan, upstate New York, and Canada, with high demand for nonstop flights. We look forward to welcoming even more passengers on Allegiant this summer.”
