The show, featuring hosts Mike Greenberg and Mike Golic, will originate from the first tee on Barefoot Resort’s Dye Course from 6 – 10 a.m. More than 11 million people listen to the show weekly on ESPN Radio or watch the simulcast on ESPN2.
“Mike & Mike have become part of the Monday After the Masters experience, and we look forward to them enjoying another trip to America’s most popular golf destination,” said Bill Golden, president of Myrtle Beach Golf Holiday. “Having Mike & Mike broadcast live from Myrtle Beach the day after The Masters, when interest in golf is at its peak, provides tremendous exposure for the area and it showcases the good times that have made the area so popular.”
The Mikes are hardly the only big names who will be in attendance at the MAM. Ryder Cup captain Davis Love III, Golf Channel analyst Charlie Rymer, former NFL All-Pro Sterling Sharpe and Super Bowl winning quarterback Jim McMahon are among the early commitments in what is expected to be another star-studded field at the 21st annual MAM.
MAM is the largest one-day charity event in South Carolina, raising nearly $5 million for education in South Carolina and the South Carolina Junior Golf Foundation. The event has attracted some of the biggest names in sports and entertainment including Tiger Woods, Arnold Palmer, Bill Murray, Annika Sorenstam, Samuel L. Jackson and Dan Marino.
