Spirit Airlines announced this week that a new nonstop flight serving Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) from Louisville (SDF), Kentucky will begin March 19.
The new Louisville route joins the resumption of seasonal nonstop service to Myrtle Beach from Cleveland (CLE), Rochester (ROC), Latrobe (LBE) and Chicago (ORD), the airline said in a release issued Monday, Feb. 3.
“We’re excited to expand our route map at Myrtle Beach this spring and connect our MYR Guests to five cities including Chicago, Cleveland, Latrobe, Louisville and Rochester,” a statement from John Kirby, vice president of network planning at Spirit Airlines, said in the release. “Plus, we’re making it easier for leisure travelers across our network to explore over 60 miles of beautiful beaches and golf courses in the Grand Strand.”
The flights are scheduled to resume service on the following days:
Cleveland (CLE), March 19, 2025
Rochester (ROC), April 10, 2025
Latrobe (LBE), May 7, 2025
Chicago (ORD), May 10, 2025
