Click and Seiffert each carded a 1-over-par score of 73 to best a field of 59 golfers from throughout the Palmetto State, edging four other golfers by one stroke. The 36-hole competition was cut short Tuesday due to inclement weather, with event winners determined by first-round results. The Avocet Course played to just over 6,657 yards for this tournament, which hosted high school boys’ division competitors from throughout South Carolina ages 13-18.
