Kevin Harvick, PGA REACH Carolinas Team Up for Charity Auction

A 3-round, 2-night premium Myrtle Beach golf getaway, featuring two of “America’s 100 Greatest Public Courses” as cited by Golf Digest, is among the featured items now up for bid in the Harvick4Heroes PGA REACH Charity Auction.

This online auction benefits the Kevin Harvick Foundation and PGA REACH Carolinas, and runs Friday, Oct. 9 through 1 p.m. ET Friday, Oct. 16. Among the many items up for bid is a 3-round, 2-night Myrtle Beach getaway featuring golf at two of Mike Strantz’ renowned Lowcountry designs, Caledonia Golf & Fish Club (1 round) and True Blue Golf Club (2 rounds), with lodging accommodations conveniently situated at True Blue Resort.

Additional golf packages at premium venues throughout the Carolinas are also up for bid, along with select sports items from the NFL, NASCAR, NHL and NCAA worlds, and numerous ticket/hospitality packages to attend the 2021 PGA Championship at The Ocean Course at Kiawah Island.

Auction proceeds benefit the PGA REACH Carolinas Foundation, the philanthropic arm of the Carolinas PGA Section, the largest of the 41 sections in the United States. Its 2,000 members across North and South Carolina are committed to serving our communities and growing the game of golf through its three pillars: Youth, Military, and Diversity & Inclusion. The foundation provides assistance to PGA Jr. League, Drive, Chip, & Putt, and numerous local junior events and tournaments.

In addition to a focus on youth, PGA REACH Carolinas has expanded to support diversity & inclusion through the Sunny Harris Hutchinson PGA WORKS Fellowship and impact the lives of our nation’s heroes through PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere) Carolinas, including its programs currently underway in the Myrtle Beach area as part of Project Golf.

Also benefiting is the Kevin Harvick Foundation, which supports programs that positively enrich the lives of children throughout the United States. Established in 2010 by Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series champion Kevin Harvick and his wife, DeLana, the Kevin Harvick Foundation works to not only improve the quality of life, but to help underprivileged youth find and realize their dreams.
