Myrtle Beach Golf Hole of the Week: No. 16 at Barefoot Resort’s Love Course

September 6, 2016

I'm Dave Genevro, general manager at Barefoot Resort. Today, we are on the 16th hole of the Love Course, recently named one of the Top 100 public courses in America by Golf Magazine.

Approximately 350 yards from the member tees, it give you the option of split fairways. Standing on the tee you need to pay attention to the pin position.

If the pin is on the left, the right fairway makes things a little easier and vice versa; if it's on the right the left fairway gives you a little more room. In either case, middle of the green is the place to be on the Love Course because the crowned greens and collection areas make it the smart play.
