Whoever said “you don’t get a second chance to make a first impression” doesn’t know the Myrtle Beach golf scene.
We’re the Golf Capital of the World for many reasons. One of them is that we don’t have just one peak season to show off award-winning designs and unforgettable stay & play experiences.
We have two, actually.
And as a memorable 2019 spring season winds down, preparations are well underway for the next great opportunity to experience Myrtle Beach golf at its absolute best – starting in September, when our Second Season kicks off.
The Second Season means the kids are back in school, the pro golfers are winding down for the year, and our visiting golfers are just getting started.
As the leaves elsewhere start turning brown, our Second Season focus is on green. Come fall, the course conditions you’ll find in Myrtle Beach are still wall-to-wall emerald, the fairways perfectly manicured and greens rolling smooth and true.
Off the course, our Second Season in Myrtle Beach lets you continue many of your favorite summer season pastimes. At a time when many of you begin winterizing the pool, Myrtle Beach gives you every reason to pack the swimwear and sunscreen as part of your golf getaway. The summertime crowds are gone, the average daily highs in October are in the mid-70s, and our 60-plus miles of beautiful white, sandy beaches let you comfortably enjoy a dip in the Atlantic as late as November.
In our Second Season, there’s no reason to miss a beat with the college or pro football seasons, either. Tee off in the morning or by day, and catch kickoff by afternoon or evening at any of an endless array of great pubs and restaurants along the Grand Strand that double as awesome game-watching venues.
We love fall traditions as much as anyone. But there’s no better reason than our Second Season to put the leaf raking and pumpkin picking on hold – for a few days, at least.
Award-winning golf in Myrtle Beach awaits. We can’t wait to see you.
