With the spring golf season in full bloom here in The Golf Capital of the World®, the Myrtle Beach golf scene is as vibrant as ever and buzzing with activity! Picking up the winner’s check certainly will be easier than lifting the seascape trophy at this year’s ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic, which will conclude May 10 at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club.

The winner’s hardware is a 21-pound bronze plate, sculpted for the event by Bryan Rapp, 52, the director of the Master Sculpture Program at Brookgreen Gardens in Murrells Inlet since 2019.

Following its late 2025 reopening, the Maples Course at Sea Trail Golf Resort is enjoying a highly successful rollout this peak spring golf season of the course’s latest and greatest features. The course enhancements come after an extensive renovation that began in earnest after the course’s temporary closing in May 2025.
