The Dunes Golf and Beach Club to Host Once Again

The ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic will return to the PGA TOUR schedule on May 13–16, 2027, with The Dunes Golf & Beach Club serving as host for a fourth consecutive year. The 2027 tournament dates mark a one-week shift later on the calendar compared to the event’s first three editions, which were held during the first full week of May.

“We’re excited to bring the ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic back to the Grand Strand in May 2027,” said Darren Nelson, tournament director. “The Dunes Golf & Beach Club has proven to be an outstanding host venue and we look forward to building on the momentum this event has created for the PGA TOUR, our sponsors, and the Myrtle Beach community.”

The announcement follows three years of excitement surrounding the event, including strong sponsorship and full participation in the tournament’s celebrity pro-am, which has helped elevate the profile of the event throughout the Myrtle Beach community.

Participants in the 2026 Celebrity Pro-Am included Formula 1 World Champion Lando Norris, Wheel of Fortune co-host and North Myrtle Beach native Vanna White, tennis legend John McEnroe, Academy Award-winning actor Kurt Russell and investor and ONEflight ambassador Robert Herjavec, among other household names.

At this year’s concert series, actor John Stamos performed with The Beach Boys on Friday, much to the delight of second round ticket-goers. Local favorite Julio and the Saltines took the stage on Saturday, with third-round ticketholders having access to the performance.

Additional details regarding ticket sales, hospitality options, the Celebrity Pro-Am, concert series and tournament enhancements for 2027 will be announced at a later date. As in previous years, the tournament is expected to offer complimentary and discounted ticket opportunities for active and retired military personnel and first responders, along with free admission for children ages 15 and under when accompanied by a paid adult.

The winner of the ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic is again expected to earn a spot in the field for the PGA Championship, which will be contested the following week. The ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic is managed by SPORTFIVE, a leading global sports marketing agency.
