Golfweek has unveiled its ranking of America’s premier resort courses, and the annual lists again highlight the depth and quality of Myrtle Beach’s abundant offerings. Three Myrtle Beach golf courses were ranked among Golfweek’s Top 100 Resort Courses, led by a pair of top 50 entrants, and six more landed on the magazine’s Next 100 Resort Courses list.

The field for the 2019 Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship is now in place. Twenty-eight of the top 100 junior boys and 16 of the top 100 girls will be competing in the fourth annual event March 1-3 at TPC Myrtle Beach, including its returning champions.

Steve Comings entered the championship round of the 2018 World Amateur Handicap Championship three strokes off the lead in the Senior Gross Division. The Odenton, Md., native was playing well and wanted to finish strong during his first trip to the tournament.
