Douglas Schwab and Lisa Moore of Pottstown, Penn. teamed up to compete this week in the 2022 Short Par 4 Fall Classic in Myrtle Beach, S.C. – but Lisa wasn’t expecting what she discovered as her ball marker on the 18^th green at Caledonia Golf & Fish Club. Round 1 action at the 2022 Short Par 4 Fall Classic in Myrtle Beach kicked off Monday with flights competing in a best ball format at six courses, including Grande Dunes Resort Club, Prestwick, TPC Myrtle Beach, Rivers Edge, Long Bay and the Dye Course at Barefoot Resort.

More than 660 golfers from throughout the United States and Canada are descending upon the Grand Strand once more in preparation for one of the Myrtle Beach area’s most anticipated events, the Short Par 4 Fall Classic.

Golf travelers at the Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) can look forward to new flights to and from Denver, CO (DEN) on Southwest Airlines in 2023. The new service will operate on Saturdays, beginning June 10th.
