Description of What Nominee Does on a Daily Basis to Make the Customer Experience Exceptional: 
Ed plays a pivotal role in the maintenance of Prestwick Country Club by ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained, adjusted, and ready for use when needed by the maintenance staff on the course.

Prestwick Country Club has a reputation for excellent putting surfaces, and Ed’s daily mower maintenance program plays a significant role in achieving that standard. He is highly skilled in precision mower adjustment, and his expertise, combined with his commitment to daily maintenance, keeps the mowers performing day after day as if they were brand new.

Ed is also always willing to step in and assist with maintenance issues outside of his primary responsibilities, including repairs to the range picker and beverage carts. His willingness to help ensures these essential pieces of equipment remain operational and helps minimize their impact on our customers.
