Golf Channel’s popular Morning Drive Show will broadcast live from the second annual Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship on Friday and Saturday mornings. Charlie Rymer and Chantel McCabe, two of the network’s most popular personalities, will be at TPC Myrtle Beach for the event. 

Dustin Johnson, who lists Myrtle Beach as his hometown, has grown into one of golf’s brightest stars during his decade on the PGA Tour, and he can now – officially – lay claim to being the best player in the world. 

As a core element of golf instruction, the use of technology has grown by leaps and bounds. In this month’s installment of our Golf Instruction Zone, Dustin Johnson Golf School Director of Coaching Allen Terrell highlights some of the ways in which his students benefit from the use of TrackMan.

Two of Myrtle Beach’s most memorable properties have teamed up for a golf package you won’t forget. 

The second annual Dustin Johnson World Junior Golf Championship will hold a qualifier – open to boys and girls that would like to earn a wild card entry into the event – on February 11 at Myrtle Beach National – SouthCreek. 

Using more than 10,000 user-submitted reviews, Golf Advisor compiled its list of the Top 50 U.S. Courses of 2016, and Thistle Golf Club, one of the Myrtle Beach area’s best layouts, was ranked 14th.

Food won’t typically make or break a golf trip, but no one has ever complained about a good meal.
