Myrtle Beach area golf courses quickly reopened after a brush with Tropical Storm Debby, welcoming players back to “The Golf Capital of the World.” As of Tuesday, August 6, every area course had closed to prepare for the storm.  Fortunately, nearly every course was able to reopen for play by Saturday, August 10.

As Tropical Storm Debby worked its way up the East Coast Thursday and made its final move out of the area, many Myrtle Beach golf courses planned on reopening to the public on Friday, Aug. 9. Here’s our list of all Play Golf Myrtle Beach courses with current operating statuses, which we will continue to update over the next few days until all Tropical Storm Debby-related closures have expired.
