As the 2024 golf season unfolds, Myrtle Beach is poised for a truly exceptional year with several key tournaments promising excitement, competition, and community spirit.  Let’s take a look at five golf tournaments we are eagerly anticipating this coming year.

There are few things more appealing to players making the pilgrimage to Myrtle Beach than the sight of an emerald green golf course, and that’s doubly the case for players who battle dreary winters in the Northeast and Midwest. While most Myrtle Beach golf courses overseed the bulk of their primary playing surfaces (fairways and tee boxes), seven courses are taking an extra step in 2024.

MYR travelers will soon have another option for reaching Hartford, CT. Breeze Airways, the newest airline to arrive at the Myrtle Beach International Airport, has announced that it will operate twice weekly flights between MYR and Bradley International Airport starting May 2, 2024.
