Brandt Snedeker wasn’t the only winner of the 2026 ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic, as eight local charities each celebrated receiving their share of a total contribution of $225,000 courtesy of the area’s third-year PGA TOUR event.
The following organizations were recognized Monday and awarded their respective contributions for 2026, including:
• Boys & Girls Club of the Grand Strand ($53,156.25)
• Children’s Recovery Center ($28,406.25)
• Classy Smiles ($28,406.25)
• Helping Hand of Myrtle Beach ($28,406.25)
• Project Golf ($28,406.25)
• SOS Care ($28,406.25)
• Blue Star Mothers of Coastal Carolina ($15,156.25)
• Help 4 Kids ($14,656.25)
In addition to its charitable contributions, the 2026 tournament continued to drive significant economic and promotional value for the Myrtle Beach area. Among the highlights noted Monday, the Classic:
• Generated a preliminary economic impact of $19.5 million, a 23 percent increase from 2025;
• Produced approximately $50.7 million in total economic impact across the tournament’s first three years;
• Attracted an audience where 72 percent of attendees traveled from outside the Myrtle Beach area, up from 58 percent in 2025;
• Reached 3.4 million television viewers across 18.6 hours of PGA TOUR coverage live on Golf Channel;
• Generated 27.7 million social media views and more than 525,000 engagements across PGA TOUR social channels;
• Delivered more than 320,000 digital advertising impressions through PGATOUR.COM; and
• Generated more than 176,000 YouTube views and 1.1 million impressions through PGA TOUR content highlighting “The Q at Myrtle Beach.”
