With the victory, Ruffels secures the final spot in the 2026 ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic, set for May 7-10 at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club. 

The innovative, two-round competition, which saw eight of the world’s most popular golf creators battle for a PGA TOUR exemption, concluded April 30 in a high-stakes finale at Pawleys Plantation Golf & Country Club. 

Fans attending the ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic will be treated to a unique motorsports experience as a McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team Showcar will be displayed on site throughout tournament week at The Dunes Golf & Beach Club. As part of ONEflight International’s global partnership with the McLaren Mastercard Formula 1 Team, the showcar will be prominently staged near the first tee, offering spectators an up‑close look at one of the iconic brands in global motorsport.

The Q kicked off Monday at Rivers Edge, with match play competition whittling the field down from eight to four players – Grant Horvat, Micah Morris, Luke Kwon and Ryan Ruffels – who now play one another in a stroke-play showdown at Pawleys Plantation.

Brooks Koepka, a five-time major champion, is set to tee it up at this year’s ONEflight Myrtle Beach Classic, adding one of the most accomplished resumes in professional golf to the tournament field.  

Koepka’s most recent major victory came at the 2023 PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club in Rochester, New York. His other major titles include back-to-back U.S. Open wins in 2017 and 2018, along with PGA Championship triumphs in 2018 and 2019. A former World No. 1, Koepka also owns four additional PGA TOUR victories over the course of his professional career.

The original “Big Cat” course at Ocean Ridge Plantation, Lion’s Paw Golf Links continues to delight visiting golfers year after year. A Willard Byrd design, Lion’s Paw paved the way for the other three popular designs at Ocean Ridge (Panther’s Run, Tiger’s Eye and Leopard’s Chase) and, nearly 30 years after its opening, still offers plenty of “bite” highlighted by four sets of tees that stretch as far as 7,003 yards.
