This week’s all-new episode of “The Charlie Rymer Golf Show,” airing Monday at 8 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network, features a return visit from golf legend Gary Player as he and Charlie discuss his relationship with Blackmoor Golf Club, his only signature design along the Grand Strand, as well as some of the big-picture issues that affect the game of golf.

With four golfers combining to go 18-under par in the final round of men’s play at the Golfweek Fall Challenge, Delaware (-30) mounted a furious rally to overtake Mercer by one stroke and join the Campbell women’s team as 2021 event champions.

Mercer University matched Sunday’s strong play in the men’s division in Monday’s Round 2, while Campbell University was one of two women’s teams to break par today as each strengthened their respective leads at the 2021 Golfweek Fall Challenge at True Blue Golf Club and Caledonia Golf & Fish Club.

Mercer University has raced out to an early eight-stroke lead in the men’s competition at True Blue Golf Club, while Campbell University is five shots clear of the field in the women’s division at Caledonia Golf & Fish Club after first-round play of the 2021 Golfweek Fall Challenge.

In the latest episode, former PGA TOUR pro Hugh Royer III is “Ridin’ with Rymer” as they discuss his life-threatening battle with cancer, and Charlie checks in with Greg Norman Jr. at his family’s Grand Strand venture at Shark Wake Park in North Myrtle Beach. This all-new episode airs Monday, Sept. 13, 8 p.m. ET on CBS Sports Network.

In a ceremony for the 20-year commemoration of the 9/11 terror attacks, Golf Tourism Solutions joined local officials in paying tribute to the lives lost and first responders and military personnel who responded so heroically in defense of our freedoms with the official unveiling of the 9/11 Unity Memorial at Warbird Park.
